MORNING WORKOUT!

Kickstart your morning with this fun fat-blasting circuit.  Finish up with some gentle yoga stretches to get you ready for your day!

WARM-UP:

Perform each of the following moves for 20 seconds - Jumping Jacks | High Knees | Shadow Skip (rest 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes)

MORNING CIRCUIT:  Repeat 2-3 times.  Rest 2 full minutes between circuits.

  • 10 x Alternating Lunges (10 per side)

  • 15 x Squat & Press

  • 1 minute Jumping Jacks

  • 20 Skaters (10 per side)

  • 8 Burpees

  • 10 Inch Worms

  • 8 Push-Ups

  • 30 secs Hollow Rock

  • 1 minute High Knees

COOL DOWN:  Hold each pose for up to 1 minute. Then you're done!  Congrats!  Enjoy your day!   

  • Pigeon Pose (1 minute each side)

  • Supine Twist (1 minute each side)

  • Childs Pose
